Think about it: planning routes, optimizing processes, and navigating challenges. That’s the essence of logistics, isn’t it? Well, we used that same mindset when we set our sights on the Top Employer (Najzamestnávateľ) Awards 2024. And we’re thrilled to share that out of 16 companies in the Transport and Logistics category, we achieved the 9th place. This achievement is a testament to our commitment to building a workplace where people thrive.
Participating in the Top Employer (Najzamestnávateľ) Awards 2024 was an important step for us. As a smaller company, we knew we had to showcase our dedication to creating a positive and engaging work environment.
Beyond the public vote, we had to meet strict criteria from the jury that evaluated various aspects of our company – from transparency and communication to employee relations, company culture, and our commitment to social responsibility. We’re proud to say that we excelled in this, earning an impressive 3rd place from the jury! They were particularly impressed with our focus on employee well-being, our exciting projects, and how we present ourselves on social media and our website. Our commitment to employee development also stood out, with initiatives like regular training for our sales and disponents teams and our Leadership Academy.

Our team comprises talented individuals who work hard every day to ensure SWIDA runs smoothly. They enthusiastically tackle challenges, support our clients, develop innovative solutions, and create a company culture based on proactivity, partnership, and growth. We’re incredibly grateful for their dedication, knowing they’re with us every step of the way.
We love celebrating our successes together even though it’s not just about the celebrations! We regularly check in with our team to see how they’re doing. And the results speak for themselves: 84% of our employees describe the team atmosphere as friendly, open, and supportive. Plus, 85% of them would recommend working at SWIDA to their friends. Now that’s something to be proud of!
Congratulations to DHL for winning the Transport and Logistics category!
