SWIDA Innovative Transitions to E-invoicing: A Greener and More Efficient Future

We are pleased to inform you that as of April 1st, 2024, we have fully transitioned to electronic invoicing (e-invoicing). This change brings benefits not only to us but also to you.

Why e-invoicing? It’s simple:

• Faster invoice payments: Your money will be in your account sooner, as the invoice due date starts immediately upon receipt of the electronic proof of delivery.
• Cost savings: Forget about printing, paper, and postage. You’ll save not only money but also time.
• Environmentally friendly: E-invoicing is more environmentally friendly. Together, we contribute to a greener future.
• Easier administration: Electronic documents are easier to manage, archive, and search.

How does it work?

Send us your invoice and proof of delivery (CMR, delivery note, etc.) as separate PDF files to einvoice@swida.sk. Please include our order number in the subject line of the email. If you are entitled to a skonto, please add the word “skonto” before the order number. Please ensure that the PDF documents are in good and readable quality.
